These Friends of Mine

Comrades. Associates. Well-wishers. Partners in crime. Call us what you will, the point is I didn't get to where I am by acting alone. Below are just a few of the people I've known that've journeyed with me, in no particular order.

bloc-online - This is the production website of the Prof. Writing course at UCF. A lot of different pieces are on here, most by us. It was nominated for an award by the Guardian, so stop on by!

Jinxworld Forums - I've been a member of Brian Bendis's forum for years and have met some of the best people on Earth as a result. It's a whole lot of fun with some genuinely smart, active people among all walks of life.

The Endres - Marsha and Dave have been good friends since college, and their kids are more or less worshippers of mine, so you know they have taste. As a matter of fact, their server is probably hosting this site right now.

Ronin Studios - I haven't done nearly as much as I would have liked to with these guys, but they listened to me before anyone else did, and that alone means a lot to me. There are more talented people here than I can count.

Urban Sequence - Justin Bleep created the Brick City Bunch a couple of years ago, and when it was started to gain some heat in the industry he asked me to write a few short scripts for material. This was one of my first "breaks" into comics and I will always be grateful.

Stuart Sayger - I grew up across the street from Stuart and didn't really get to know him until around 1999, when my love of comics started going beyond fan-level. Stuart remains the benchmark against which I judge every artist I meet. Find out why.

Silent Devil - Truly the KISS of the graphic literature world. They're all masters of their craft and they make it seem easy AND fun. Every time I hang out with these guys and gals is an absolute treat, including the times I just hang out with their work.
